About the Artist
Emma Kane is an Irish artist from Dublin. She specializes in acrylic painting on canvas and portrait drawing with pencil. Her love for bold, exaggerated colours is influenced by her admiration for the Impressionists, who used colour and brushstrokes in ways that go beyond what a camera can capture. Much of her work is inspired by the beautiful countryside around Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo, where she lives. However, she loves working with clients on personalized commissions that reflect their unique vision.
